1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using the Zonzymart website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Disclaimer Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or place an order.

If you are using the website on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on Zonzymart you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order or close an account if we reasonably believe that the customer is ineligible, has provided false information, or is using the website in a manner that is unlawful or harmful.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but minor variations can occur due to lighting, screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturer changes.

All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel that item or the full order and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

Product pages may mention compatibility, usage instructions or care guidelines. It is your responsibility to read those details before purchase, especially for gadgets, personal care items and products intended for children.

6. Pricing, Offers And Taxes

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes as shown on the product page or at checkout. GST, shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges or other applicable fees will be presented before you confirm the order wherever reasonably possible.

Zonzymart may run discounts, seasonal offers, coupon codes and special deals. Offers are subject to their stated conditions, stock limits and validity dates. We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time without affecting orders already confirmed, unless the offer was applied in error or obtained through misuse.

7. Orders And Order Confirmation

An order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products on these Terms. Your order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through your account, or when we begin processing the order for dispatch. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order.

We may cancel an order in cases such as:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Payment is incomplete, declined, reversed or cannot be verified.
• The shipping address is incomplete, undeliverable or outside our serviceable area.
• We suspect fraud, reselling abuse or a violation of these Terms.
• There is a material error in product information or pricing.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the paid amount for the cancelled item will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually suitable method, within a reasonable period after verification.

8. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment, direct bank transfer, cash on delivery and any other method we enable from time to time. By placing an order you authorise us and our payment partners to collect the order amount.

For bank transfer, you must use the correct account details and mention the order reference where requested. The order will be processed after the payment is identified and cleared. For cash on delivery, the exact payable amount must be given to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. If you refuse a valid COD order without a genuine reason, we may restrict future COD use on your account or address.

You confirm that the payment instrument used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. Zonzymart is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI apps, payment gateways or incomplete payment information provided by you.

9. Shipping And Delivery

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location, product availability, payment clearance and courier operations. Estimated dates shown on the website are indicative and not a guaranteed delivery appointment.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and an active phone number. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refused acceptance or repeated absence may result in return to origin. 10. Returns, Replacements And Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or replaced in accordance with our Returns Policy. A return is not automatic for every product. Hygiene-sensitive items, opened personal care products, gift cards, customised products and items damaged due to misuse may be excluded.

Refunds, where approved, are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or original payment method.

11. Reviews And User Content

If you submit a product review, rating, question, photo or any other content, you grant Zonzymart a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt that content on our website, social media and marketing materials. You confirm that the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may remove content that is false, abusive, promotional, irrelevant or unlawful. Posting fake reviews or incentivised reviews that mislead other customers is prohibited.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zonzymart website, including the brand name, logo, product photographs, graphics, layout, text, software and compilation of product listings, is owned by Zonzymart or used under licence. Zonzymart is a trademark-registered brand. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written consent, except for personal and non-commercial use of pages you lawfully access.

Product brands, images or names belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods offered for sale.

13. Third-Party Marketplaces

Zonzymart products may also be sold on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Blinkit, Zepto and other platforms. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by the marketplace’s own terms, payment rules, delivery timelines and return windows. These website Terms apply to purchases made on www.zonzymart.com.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zonzymart and its founder, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the website or any product purchased from us.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Zonzymart for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law, including liability for proven manufacturing defects to the extent required by law.

15. Indemnity

16. Force Majeure

Zonzymart shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation where the delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, courier disruption, internet or payment-gateway outages, government restrictions, war, fire, flood, or shortage of raw materials or transport.

17. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law, the courts at Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the website.
